Creator Agreement

1. Creator Status
This agreement applies to users who earn revenue through Xanivar monetization features. By enabling monetization, you agree to these additional terms.
2. Revenue Eligibility
To monetize on Xanivar, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid payment method on file
- Comply with all terms and policies
- Have an active account for minimum 30 days
- Meet minimum engagement thresholds (determined by Xanivar)
3. Revenue Sharing
Xanivar retains 30% of all revenue generated on your channel. You receive 70% after applicable taxes and fees.
Revenue Sources:
- Viewer subscriptions (Tier 1: $4.99, Tier 2: $9.99, Tier 3: $24.99)
- Super Chat donations
- Advertising revenue (if applicable)
- Viewer tips and bits
4. Payout Terms
Payouts are processed monthly on the 15th of each month for earnings from the previous month, minus taxes and platform fees.
Minimum Payout: $100 USD (or equivalent). Earnings below this threshold will be carried forward to the next month.
5. Tax Responsibility
You are responsible for reporting all earnings and paying applicable taxes. Xanivar will provide tax documentation (1099 for US creators, local equivalents for others) as required by law.
6. Content Guidelines
Monetized content must comply with:
- All Xanivar policies
- Applicable laws and regulations
- Copyright and intellectual property laws
- Platform's advertising policies
7. Channel Suspension
Xanivar may suspend monetization if:
- You violate any terms or policies
- Your account is inactive for 60+ days
- You engage in artificial engagement manipulation
- You violate copyright laws
- For any other legitimate business reason
8. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to your content. By posting content on Xanivar, you grant us a worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content. You may request deletion, which will be honored within 30 days.
9. Analytics and Reporting
Xanivar provides real-time analytics on your earnings, viewership, and audience demographics. You can access these via your creator dashboard.
10. KYC Requirements
To receive payouts, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This includes identity verification and bank account details. See our KYC policy for details.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Xanivar harmless from any claims arising from your content, actions, or violation of these terms.
12. Termination
Xanivar may terminate this agreement and monetization access:
- With 30 days notice for any reason
- Immediately for policy violations
- Immediately for illegal activity
Upon termination, you remain entitled to unpaid earnings, subject to minimum payout threshold.
13. Modifications
Xanivar may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Material changes (e.g., revenue share) require explicit acceptance. Continued monetization means acceptance of changes.
14. Dispute Resolution
