2. Prohibited Content

You may not post, stream, or transmit content that:

  • Depicts violence, gore, or self-harm
  • Contains hate speech or discrimination
  • Harasses or bullies individuals or groups
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Promotes illegal activities
  • Impersonates another person or entity

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Spam or post repetitive content
  • Manipulate engagement metrics artificially
  • Attempt to hack or exploit the Platform
  • Engage in phishing or social engineering
  • Violate others' privacy or confidentiality
  • Engage in harassment or threatening behavior
  • Misuse the support system
  • Circumvent account restrictions or bans

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You must only post content you own or have permission to use. Xanivar respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension
  • Account termination
  • Reporting to authorities (for illegal content)

6. Appeals

Users may appeal enforcement actions. Submit appeals to trust@xanivar.com with details and context.

7. Content Moderation

Xanivar uses automated systems and human moderators to enforce this policy. Our moderation tools may identify policy violations, but humans review all enforcement actions.

8. Minor Safety

Content involving minors must comply with all applicable laws and platform standards. Child exploitation or grooming will be reported to authorities immediately.

9. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Xanivar may comply with legal requests from authorities.

10. Reporting Violations

Report policy violations using our reporting tools or email abuse@xanivar.com with details.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the Platform after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
